William J. McDonald, Jr., Esq.

Bill was born and raised in Geneva, graduating from DeSales High School in 1970, LeMoyne College in 1974, and Albany Law School in 1977. He has been practicing law in Geneva since 1978.

Bill's legal practice is helping people who are unable to work obtain benefits under the Social Security Act. This includes applications for Social Security disability, SSI or both. Bill has been representing Social Security claimants since 1979 and has been a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives since 1988. He represents clients before the Social Security Administration and in Appeals to the United States District Courts for the Western and Northern Districts of New York State and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City.

Bill married his wife Sandy in 1982. They live near Geneva and have two children, Tristan and Felicity, and one granddaughter, Ruby. Bill's hobbies include tennis, bicycling, cooking and traveling.

Mark M. McDonald, Esq.

Mark M. McDonald was born and raised in Geneva, New York, where he currently resides. He graduated from DeSales High School in 1976 as a member of the National Honor Society. He received a B.A. from Fordham University in 1980 and his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University in 1984, graduating Cum Laude and is a member of the Justinian Society.

Mark is admitted to practice law in the State of New York (1985), the United States District Courts for the Western (1991) and Northern (1997) Districts in New York and the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit (1996). He has successfully prosecuted Appeals before the New York State Appellate Divisions in the Third and Fourth Departments, the Western and Northern U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mark began his career practicing in all areas of the law with a focus on civil trial litigation and appeals. Over the last 20 years he has narrowed his practice to represent clients seeking Social Security Disability benefits at all administrative levels before the Social Security Administration as well as appeals to Federal Court.

Mark is a member of the New York State and Ontario County Bar Associations and NOSSCR, the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives.
